Shipping Information

One or more items are missing from my order. What can I do?

Below please find enlisted some of the most common reasons:

. The order was split: check if your order has been split on the My Orders page of your account;

. You ordered from different warehouses: if you have placed an order from different warehouses, you will receive the products separately;
. We made a mistake: on rare occasions, an item may not have been placed in the right package;
The parcel was damaged or some items were removed: your package may have been opened or damaged during its delivery. It is also possible that one or more items have fallen out.

If the status of your order shows that it was not split, please do not hesitate to contact us.

My products have stopped working. What can I do?

If one or more of your products have stopped working within their warranty period, we will be glad to assist you as shown here. Several types of products have a specific warranty period. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If the warranty period has already expired, we can still repair or send you some spare parts of these products.

I received the wrong AC adapter for my country. What can I do?

We usually send our customers an adapter suitable for their delivery countries. If you did not receive it or it is not correct, please contact us and inform us of your order number. We will then send you the adapter which can be used in your country.

Can I return a product?

3 Days Return to Us offers you the possibility of returning an item and to receive a partial refund. The refund will cover the amount you paid minus the shipping fees both ways. If you do not want to receive an order, you should cancel it within 24 hours after placing it. We can send you a full refund if it has not been shipped yet. Please contact us before returning a product and we will give you more instructions on how to send it back to us.

My product arrived faulty/damaged/different. What can I do?

You will be covered by the Banggood 3 Days Guarantee. You can take some photos or a short video showing the content of the package you received and send them to us by filling out this form. Please also include your order number and a photo of the shipping label. We will do our best to assist you shortly after receiving your query.

Shipping methods and Delivery times

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:

 

The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;

Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;

 

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

 

Processing time:

The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.

 

Shipping time:

The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

 

All items being sold at NOSSA LOJA are guaranteed to be delivered to buyers within 60 days (90 days for Brazil, Ecuador, Venezuela, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru). And all orders shipped from the US, EU, FR, and AU warehouse are guaranteed to be delivered within 30 days (45 days for orders shipped to Brazil and Mexico). You can get a full refund if you have not received your item(s) beyond this time.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

 

1.Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

2 Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;

3.Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen;

4.Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond NOSSA LOJA’s control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.

Shipping from your local warehouse is significantly faster. Some charges may apply.

The shipping fees of DHL Express and FedEx Ground may vary according to the delivery area and ZIP code, and thus slight mismatch may arise between the charges shown on the product page and on the shopping cart.

The estimated delivery time may also vary according to your location and the origin of your order. If you require any further information or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order in different parts of our website according to its current status.

Processing: you can check its status in the “My Orders” section of your  account.

Shipped: once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with the tracking code and a link where to track it (www.17track.net). You can also find the tracking details of your order on the “My Orders” page.

Why did I not receive a tracking code?

You will not receive a tracking code if your order is worth less than 25$ and has been shipped with Standard Shipping. However, you can calculate an estimated delivery date based on our time reference chart.

If you do not receive your parcel within this period of time, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Why can I not select free shipping for my country?

We do not offer free shipping to some countries where we can not guarantee a cheap or reliable delivery service. However, we strive for increasing the number of countries eligible for our free shipping service, and you may discover that this option is available for your country in the near future.

How can I deal with customs duties on my orders?

We can not guarantee or predict the value of the customs duties you may have to pay to receive your order. Please contact your local post office or Customs agency or visit their official help centers to inquire about the customs regulations and tariffs of your country. Orders shipped with an express mail service have a higher probability of being taxed.

If you are a drop-shipper or wholesaler, please ensure that you are abiding by the tax regulations for selling our products in other countries.
